Exchanges and Returns Policy

You may return or exchange an item for a refund with 30 days of delivery of within 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is UNOPENED, UNUSED, in its original packaging and condition, and the original sales receipt is presented.

With your new mattress, we want to ensure you are getting the sleep you want and deserve.  That is why you can exchange your mattress 30 days of delivery or 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided that a mattress protector has been purchased with the mattress.

That is our Comfort Guarantee.  The limit of Comfort Exchange is one per purchase.

Please note that we only accept online exchanges in-store.  As well, all refunds or balances on exchanges will be credited in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted. 

If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 Hours of your delivery, and we will be happy to assist.

Items that could be returned or exchange include any UNOPENED and UNUSED pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, sheets and any other small items.
